2016 USPS Postage Rate Increases
The United States Postal Service has announced the 2016 rate increases effective January 17, 2016.
Before we talk about the rate changes, it is important to note what’s staying the same.
First Class Mail will remain at the same rate.
Mail can be metered at .485 (.05 savings)
For the first time in three years, Commercial Priority Mail will be affected with increases as follows:
Priority-8.6%
Priority Mail Express-14.4%
Priority Mail International-10.2%
Priority Mail Express International-11.6%
